2026 Maker Application
Welcome to the Mistletoe and Magic Handmade Market, taking place December 11-13, 2026 at Beban Social Centre in Nanaimo, BC. Set-up for this market takes place on Thursday, December 10, late afternoon to 9 pm and Friday, December 11, 9 am to 1 pm. A detailed Maker Information Package will be provided to all successful applicants.
With the goal of presenting a professional and diverse show, we carefully curate the market in the best interest of shoppers and participating Makers. This is a juried show and the criteria for consideration includes quality, originality and overall craftsmanship. Overall balance of each category will be considered as well in the final Maker selection. We limit the number of makers in each category.
Applications will be accepted until each category has been filled. There is a possibility for a Maker to be waitlisted if their category is full. In order to create a well balanced and diverse show, Makers are waitlisted by category not by application date.
The Application Form is NOT a Save & Return style application. You must complete the form in one session and submit. So be prepared with access to your product images, bio and social platform links.
